What are the payment options available ?

You can pay for your order online either by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) or via the secure Paypal payment system. The different payment methods will be offered to you when you validate your order.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

Your order has been taken into account if you have received a confirmation email, with a summary of your purchases.

Where and how can I have my order delivered?

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to another address (office, second home, etc.). You can choose your delivery address during each order.

Heracles delivers its products to all European countries. If you wish to have one of our products delivered to a country that is not on the list proposed when choosing delivery, please contact us at heracles.audaral@gmail.com so that we can offer you a solution. personalized.

How do I indicate multiple delivery addresses?

You can indicate different addresses for delivery and billing of your orders. Simply indicate it when validating your purchases.

How much are delivery costs?

Delivery is free from 100€ of purchases. Otherwise, delivery costs are calculated when finalizing your order. 

What is the delivery time for a product?

When you place an order, the preparation time is taken into account in the delivery time. Your order will generally be delivered to you in:

*2 to 4 working days in mainland France.

*2 to 8 working days in the rest of Europe.

Please note that during collection launches, your order preparation times may be slightly extended.

All orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday are processed the same day. They are checked, packaged, franked and handed over to the carrier. All our products are shipped from our premises located in Carces.

You are notified by email of the shipment of your package. You can of course contact us if you have any questions during the delivery of your order. 

Right to retract

In accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Please consult the exchange and return conditions and contact us so that we can tell you the procedure to follow.

Return policy

In order to make an exchange or return, the products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received them.

Once your return has been received and after checking the condition of the items, we will exchange the desired model or refund it. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any request for exchange or return must first be reported to our customer service at heracles.audaral@gmail.com so that we can take care of your request as quickly as possible and tell you the procedure to follow.

Refund

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your return at our premises.

We are not responsible for items returned in error. We recommend using a carrier that offers insurance on the value of the items you are returning or provides proof of shipping and delivery.

Once your return has been received, the refund will then be made via the same payment method used for the purchase accompanied by a confirmation email.
